You’re a very good songwriter, maybe you’re brilliant. But there’s just one thing: you don’t have the greatest singing voice. Maybe pretty good – just not good enough to really sell the GREAT song you’ve just written.
I am a male demo vocalist with many styles under my belt: Rock, Country, Alternative, Metal, R&B, Standards, surf music…you name it. I will put that finishing touch on your next song, including just the right vocal arrangement. I have the ability to record at home and send you the files. Payments can be made by money order or through Paypal if it’s needed. Go to http://www.myspace.com/jonstathammusic for samples of my work. Feel free to call as well: (310) 882-1967 Jon Thank you. VerleeRose is looking for an experienced drummer (18-25) to complete their band. They have played 36 shows in the Seattle area over the last 17 months as an acoustic guitar & vocal duo and trio (w/piano) and are now looking to create and entire band, boost their sound, record new material and get back on stage!
About VerleeRose: At only 15 years old, this duo (Keira Verlee & Ellie Rose) creates infectious hooks, thoughtful lyrics and tight vocal harmonies. Since May of 2008 they have written & released a 9 song CD (at 14 yrs old) and have played 36 shows in the Seattle area including The Showbox SODO, Vera Project, Old Firehouse, Columbia City Theater, KTUB & Northwest Folklife Festival just to name a few. They are currently taking a break from playing live and focusing on new material to record a strong demo with a full band. Besides the two girls on guitar & vocals they already have a bass player and a pianist. ALL THEY NEED IS YOU! They are looking for a drummer who can play different music styles (indie, rock, pop, folk, jazz, etc.) and understands how to compliment a song rather than over run it. Sometimes less is more... but also a drummer who can totally bring it on the more upbeat songs. Their new material is more upbeat in general and far more advanced than what is on the CD. Please check VerleeRose out at the following links: Myspace: www.myspace.com/verleerose Youtube: www.youtube.com/verleerose Twitter: www.twitter.com/verleerose Electronic Press Kit: www.sonicbids.com/verleerose (past show calendar, press, & more songs from CD) If you are interested in auditioning, please contact VerleeRose’s manager at VerleeRose@live.com with answers to the following questions: - How old are you and how long have you been playing drums? - Do you have your own transportation? - Have you been in a band before? - Have you played live before? - Are you available every Sunday 4-8pm in Lake Forest Park for rehearsal? - Are you available this Sunday to audition? - Are you available for weeknight and weekend shows? - Are you available to travel for shows on weekends? - Would you be available to tour next summer? - What other commitments do you have that we should be aware of? Thanks! VerleeRose • Location: Lake Forest Park

Do you love to sing, but feel that you "don't know what you're doing" so you're hesitant to sing in front of other people?
People like you have learned singing technique and went from "not being a singer" to understanding their voice and singing confidently. It's your voice, learn to use it! Are you already a singer and you're finding yourself running out of breath easily, or having throat pain after just a few songs? Don't wait another minute to get connected with a professional teacher to avoid damaging your voice! Healthy singing technique is essential to having a long career. It doesn't matter your singing style - make sure you're using your voice correctly so it'll be with you for years to come. Have you had lessons before and you felt the teacher was trying to "make you sing in a certain style" so now you're afraid to take lessons again? With a degree in Classical Vocal Performance, and an active performing career in Rock, Jazz, Folk, Classical, World, and Bluegrass music, I understand both how essential it is to have healthy singing technique, as well as the importance of style and interpretive freedom. I've taught singers in many styles from Heavy Metal to Rock, to Blues. My goal is to give each student a deep understanding of their vocal mechanism, how it works, and how to use it most healthily through any style they prefer to perform. About Me: - Degree in Vocal Performance - 5+ Years of Voice Teaching Experience - 15+ Years of Performance Experience in many styles - Experience with Absolute Beginners, Professional Musicians, and Public Speakers Take a step toward your vocal health: contact me for lessons today! • Location: West Seattle
