Marinated together in early 2009 as the 5 member band like blending choice seasoned spices in a culinary treasure to create rock music for the world. Although, initially each member helms from different corners of the west region of the United States. They met and formed the band while living in Seattle, WA after a consistent time of artistically crossing paths. The underlining unspoken message the men want to say with their music is: “From the basement, to all the listening and visual audiences everywhere this is for you”.

“AM” (AnnAMercury) is comprised of Brady singing lead vocals, Jeff playing drums, Robin strumming the bass, with guitars being laced by both Pete and Ryan. All five share a mutual inner passion for music and a quiet determination to be as good as they possibly can be. The music that the band chooses to create is original in nature with a savory rock-n-roll flavor. And each member contributes by drawing on their own musical backgrounds in a combination of ways to make the songs happen.

After only seven months in the making the band is currently working on finishing its first songs to be recorded as an EP late summer in the legendary London Bridge Studio. Also, be sure to look for the band to begin their live public performances this coming November 2009 with much fanfare debut.

These Circles are FREE, and open to anyone with or without prior experience. They take place on the FIRST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH at Fremont Abbey Arts Center, from 10am to Noon.

This is an opportunity for players of any skill level to experience the Guitar Circle. Work in the Monthly Open Circle is done on acoustic guitars, using the New Standard Tuning*. Curt Golden directs the workshop, and members of the Tuning the Air company typically take part. The emphasis is on playfulness and creativity, as we explore the various techniques utilized in Tuning the Air performances.

Participation in the Monthly Open Circle is FREE. Reservations are required: workshops@seattlecircle.org

Elliott Bay Recording Company (EBRC Studios) is a 2,200 square foot professional standard recording facility located in the Capitol Hill district of Seattle, Washington.

The main playing room (23'X45"X13') can accommodate any size of group you have. It tracks large groups and drums beautifully. The main room also contains a Wurlitzer, a Rhodes and an organ for artists use.

The control room (19’X23’X11’) is one of the more spacious in Seattle. A top of the line HD Pro tools system with lots of new plug-ins and a great Sony console are the centerpiece of the comfortable control room.

The three Isolation rooms deliver separation and make it easier to track together while separating all the different sounds for a better mix.

We've recently acquired about 45 vintage amps and 17 vintage guitars. Some of the amps include: 1959 Fender Tremuloux, 1962 Fender Concert, 1964 Ampeg Fliptop, 1968 Vox Berklee 111, 1982 Marshall JCM 800 and many many more. Some of the guitars include: 1957 Les Paul, 1964 Gibson ES, 1970 Gretsch Rogue, 1963 Fender Telecaster and many more! Scott Ross is an accomplished producer/engineer with 25 years of professional experience and over four hundred recording credits ranging from major label to independent artists that he has recorded around the world.

Scott spent more than a decade in Los Angeles engineering and producing with artists and labels such as Morris Day, Susannah Hoffs, Melissa Etheridge, Frank Stallone, Maxi Priest, Andy Williams and Dick Clark Productions to name just a few.

Scott Returned to Seattle, Washington just over thirteen years ago and is the co-owner of Elliott Bay Recording Company.  Scott has recorded with such local artists as The Dusty 45’s, Blue Thunder, Loni Rose, Universal Measure, Redneck Girlfriend, Muzak projects, The Souvinirs and Brain Grenade Entertainment.
