Welcome to HANG'em HIGH guitar hangers!

Gearwire.com - "Hanging things by the neck should be reserved only for traitors and international war criminals -- not guitars."  review

The HANG'em HIGH guitar hanger is a patent pending design made of a two-piece system that is mounted on the wall so you can proudly display and hang your guitar or bass on your wall at an ANGLE.  The angle can be adjusted from 15 to 90 degrees.

order at http://www.hangemhigh.net

It is designed for both right or left handed electric and acoustic guitars and basses with bodies from 1 to 6 inches thick, with or without headstocks. Works great for Fender Strats, Gibson Les Pauls, Jackson Kellys, Jackson RR V's, BC Rich Warlocks, Parker Fly's, Steinberger's etc.....

order at http://www.hangemhigh.net

This is the BEST and SAFEST way to hang your guitar

The Hang’em High hanger is the best and safest way to hang your guitar. The instrument sets on Durable Black Foam Rubber Grips that fully cover steel hanger brackets to protect the instrument from scratches. The hanger creates the least amount of stress on the guitar neck than any other guitar wall hanger because the weight is off of the guitar headstock and is placed on the guitar body and mid neck, the same as when you are holding and playing the instrument. You can safely hang and display your guitar without any long term damage and warping to the guitar neck and headstock.

order at http://www.hangemhigh.net

Ease of use

You can remove and hang your instrument very easily within seconds with this hanger just as simple as picking it up and setting it down, unlike other angled wall hangers where you have to remove your guitar strap to hang your guitar. With the Hang’em High guitar hanger you can leave the guitar strap on your instrument, ready to pick up and play.

Construction - Designed by a guitarist for the guitarist!!!

The hangers are constructed with Strong Red Oak wood bases with counter sunk holes for the mounting screws and come in three finishes, Black, Classic Oak and Natural Oak.  The steel hanger brackets are fully covered with Durable Black Foam Rubber Grips. The hangers come with mounting hardware that gives the instrument the security it needs with 2 anchor points for each base rated at 50 lbs each to ensure the hanger and instrument will stay up on the wall. This is especially important considering you're hanging something very valuable on it. Each Hanger is backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty.

order at http://www.hangemhigh.net

Organize your room!

This is the perfect gift for the musician in your life to get their room organized and finally get those instruments off the floor and couch. Impress your guests with this hanger displaying your guitar in your studio and home.

Display that Autographed Guitar the right way!!!

Create that "Rock Star Lives here" look to your home like a "Hard Rock Cafe" then, grab them off the wall and jam! Museums, studios, restaurants, music stores, homes and offices around the country use these hangers.

order at http://www.hangemhigh.net

Want to play that guitar... you can remove and store your instrument very easily within seconds just as simple as picking it up and setting it down.

I love and swear by these things so much... that I replaced all of my vertical headstock guitar hangers and replaced them with these!!!

Remember--Designed by a guitarist for the guitarist!!!

You do not have to learn music theory to play MODES!

posted: November 25, 2009, 08:18 AM

Are you a guitar player or bass player? Now you do not have to listen to other players talk about modes while you are in the dark! I have found a way to go completely around music theory and give you access to DORIAN, PHRYGIAN, LOCRIAN, MIXOLYDIAN modes. IONIAN, LYDIAN and AEOLIAN are yours in moments. Yes it sounds like a fantasy, but I can prove it to you at no risk to you. All you have to learn is one pattern that you move around the neck of the guitar or bass. My formula tells you how far to move it- and you have all seven modes listed in every key instantly. This is a way to pass up learning music theory if you just want to learn modes. I have been using this system for over twenty years….it works every time. Just ten dollars and I pay the shipping to you. Write and I will send you more information. Remember, no risk! This is not a scam- I can prove it.

http://www.modesmethod.mysite.com/cgi-bin/blog

From Modes Method users:
I am 58 years old, I have been playing guitar since I'm 14, and I have been stuck in the pentatonic box for well over 42 years. I finally feel like a musician. I've been practicing your method for about a week and I am doing things I NEVER could before. I just got home from a jam and you were right, you have to hear it with the chords behind it.

Your service is quick and very well typed and illustrated….thank you, Joe

Hey, got the excellent method, I added a few bucks for doing a great project that I will show young students (including my son!). Great modal method! --Dave

I'm a guitarist/vocalist looking for band (existing or start up) for 2 to 6 paying gigs per month. My main interests include alt-country/Americana, roots rock, modern blues, power pop. My guitar playing is versatile, and falls somewhere between Robin Ford's blues and David Grissom's country rock style. I sing lead and harmony, have pro gear, reliable transportation, and east side rehearsal space with PA. I'm a quick study, and believe in productive rehearsals. No interest in extensive touring, or musicians without substantial gigging experience.

Interests include: Steve Earle, Webb Wilder, Shawn Colvin, Storyville, Arc Angels, Buddy Miller, Lucinda Williams, John Hiatt, Ben Folds Five, Elvis Costello, Will Owsley, Robbie Fulks, Little Feat, Jackson Browne, Gov't Mule, Fountains of Wayne, XTC, Joe Henry, the Bottle Rockets, Big Wreck, Cheap Trick, Nick Lowe, Rockpile, Rodney Crowell, Lone Justice, Morphine, Richard Thompson, Chris Whitley.

Hit me up if you're looking for a reliable, versatile guitarist/vocalist.

Serious Drummer Wanted, indie/rock/pop (17-25)

VerleeRose is looking for an experienced drummer (18-25) to complete their band. They have played 36 shows in the Seattle area over the last 17 months as an acoustic guitar & vocal duo and trio (w/piano) and are now looking to create and entire band, boost their sound, record new material and get back on stage!

About VerleeRose:
At only 15 years old, this duo (Keira Verlee & Ellie Rose) creates infectious hooks, thoughtful lyrics and tight vocal harmonies. Since May of 2008 they have written & released a 9 song CD (at 14 yrs old) and have played 36 shows in the Seattle area including The Showbox SODO, Vera Project, Old Firehouse, Columbia City Theater, KTUB & Northwest Folklife Festival just to name a few.

They are currently taking a break from playing live and focusing on new material to record a strong demo with a full band. Besides the two girls on guitar & vocals they already have a bass player and a pianist. ALL THEY NEED IS YOU!

They are looking for a drummer who can play different music styles (indie, rock, pop, folk, jazz, etc.) and understands how to compliment a song rather than over run it. Sometimes less is more... but also a drummer who can totally bring it on the more upbeat songs. Their new material is more upbeat in general and far more advanced than what is on the CD.

Please check VerleeRose out at the following links:

Myspace: www.myspace.com/verleerose
Youtube: www.youtube.com/verleerose
Twitter: www.twitter.com/verleerose
Electronic Press Kit: www.sonicbids.com/verleerose (past show calendar, press, & more songs from CD)

If you are interested in auditioning, please contact VerleeRose’s manager at VerleeRose@live.com with answers to the following questions:

- How old are you and how long have you been playing drums?
- Do you have your own transportation?
- Have you been in a band before?
- Have you played live before?
- Are you available every Sunday 4-8pm in Lake Forest Park for rehearsal?
- Are you available this Sunday to audition?
- Are you available for weeknight and weekend shows?
- Are you available to travel for shows on weekends?
- Would you be available to tour next summer?
- What other commitments do you have that we should be aware of?

Thanks!

Curt Golden is a guitarist, instructor and performer with 35 years experience; proficient in many styles. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, and for the past 20 years has been an instructor and mentor in Guitar Craft.
