We are looking for a sharp and experienced software development engineer who will help design and develop the next generation systems, services and tools for Pricing. The TPM will play a pivotal role in the expansion of pricing software. Looking for smart agile kick ass problem solvers who has burning passion for influencing teams and delivering resultsBachelorA?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education10+ years of software industry experience5+ years of Technical Program Management experience running large, complex programs in a fast paced environment using Agile methodologies and delivering highly scalable and robust systems5+ years of experience managing technical teams who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and influence partner teams such as product management, technical program management, development as well as senior business leadersDemonstrated experience in hiring and developing high:performing teamsDemonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomesAbility to roll up your sleeves and operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time be able to guide a team toward an objectiveAbility to provide architectural guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycleExcellent oral and written communication skillsMasterA?s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical disciplineExperience in Agile development methodologies, deep understanding of software development in large teams, and a track record of shipping software on timeExperience managing teams of 10+ peopleExperience in e:commerce and supply chain platformsAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast:paced environment
