AIM Aerospace is currently seeking a Production Control Coordinator for 1st shift at our Renton, facility. AIM offers a great benefit package and plenty of opportunities for career advancement!
Job Description:
Responsible for scheduling and monitoring production from receipt of order to shipment of goods by performing the following duties
Responsibilities Include:
+ Review and maintain production schedules to meet on time delivery and efficiency goals
+ Responsible for tracking and obtaining status on parts within the production system
+ Coordinates and/or facilitates production status meetings
+ Addresses and resolves any scheduling conflicts or shortages
+ Analyzes multi-level bill of material and methods to ensure that all parts are completed per the master production schedule

Preferred Skills and Abilities
+ Understanding of multi-level Bill of Materials
+ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and overall Microsoft Office skills
+ Ability to communicate both verbally and written, with multiple parties about multiple projects in a clear and effective way
+ Motivated self-starter, but also good collaborator
+ Organized with exceptional problem solving skills
+ Attention to detail and having the ability to manage time is critical
+ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced high volume environment
+ Ability to meet deadlines
+ Ability to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner at all times
Education and/or Experience: 2-4 years of scheduling/production control experience. 2-4 years of MRP experience. APICS certification preferred.
