Job Description A: Able to perform all Project Engineer job responsibilities A: Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements A: Prepare billings and expedite payments A: Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders A: Write subcontract Change Orders A: Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMIC system Skills and Experience Requirements: A: Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience in Mid/High:Rise Construction A: Thorough understanding of plans and specifications A: Field experience (Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent) A: Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills Must have very strong computer skills About Swinerton: Swinerton has built a strong reputation as an employee:owned quality contractor.
