This is a senior role which will be accountable for measurably enhancing Ericssons growth, relationship and awareness objectives with unique, customized strategic marketing programs and initiatives supporting North American Customer Units. This position is located in Bellevue, WA.
:S/he will be responsible/accountable for supporting all the strategic and tactical marketing needs of Ericssons Customer Units and their customers.
:S/He will create, deploy and manage customized strategic marketing programs that will accelerate and enable CU growth, relationship and awareness objectives using strategic and digital marketing capabilities.
:S/he will be a direct report to the Head of Customer Account Marketing for North America and will the Customer Units single Point of Contact for Marketing.
:S/he will need to a) understand the Customer Units growth strategies, plans and challenges, b) identify CU needs to meet their goals and address challenges, c) develop a marketing plan to address.
:Individual will develop comprehensive Marketing plan for growth with each Customer Unit working with other functions and business units. Set specific goals based upon this written plan. Modify the plan, as needed, based upon changing conditions.

:Strategic ability to quickly grasp the essence of a challenge, or opportunity, distill it into a clear objective and goal, set up a strategic and tactical plan and drive a cross functional team to execute
:Be adept at creating storyboards, Use cases, editing content, assembling white papers, SWOT analyses, using all appropriate tools such as PowerPoint, WORD, Excel tools
:Provide/present customized research, analysis and recommendations leveraging Ericsson or external sources to senior customer audience
:Assemble / provide Thought Leadership / Strategic analysis, Global / industry trends and competitive analysis as directed by Customer or via insights gleaned
:Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain credibility and present to C:level and executive audience via excellent presentation and communication skills, leading to development of valued relationships with senior:level management, based upon broad knowledge of marketing and business strategic principles, insights and analysis
:Routinely demonstrate a thorough understanding of Ericssons value, products, solutions as well as the ICT industry in which Ericsson operates
:Effectively utilize Ericsson internal and external cross functional capabilities building trust and strong support across Customer Units, Business Areas, Regional and Group Functions to ensure joint success : but eventually accountable for the teams deliverables.
