PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world. This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers. Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers.
Requisition Summary 13;
This position Drives Inside Sales and Sales Development activities for Kenworth, Peterbilt and International teams in North, Central and South America. Responsibilities include leading an inside sales team to achieve established sales objectives. This position also manages sales support functions, communicating programs to dealers and sales force, and coordinating the development of wholesale promotions, to drive excitement and parts sales growth in the PACCAR Dealer Network.

Job Functions / Responsibilities 13;
:Responsible for leading an inside sales team working directly with Kenworth/Peterbilt dealers to aggressively grow parts sales.
:Coordinate with Field Sales, Marketing, Operations and Suppliers to design and implement inside sales activities and programs that drive parts sales growth in the dealer network.
:Analyze sales activity and programs to grow sales and maximize profitability. Develop and administer the distribution of sales performance reports. Provide reporting to senior management regarding the status and impact of sales initiatives.
:Staff Management : supporting the division General Manager, General Sales Manager, National Sales Managers and General Marketing Manager as well as national account administrators, sales office coordinator, sales allowance administrators and inside sales coordinator.
:Program Management : Volume Sales; Responsible for leading a team of Volume Sales Specialists to grow sales on high volume programs. Dealer Incentive Program; Responsible for tracking and reporting qualification status, analyzing and forecasting dealer attainment and program payout and managing the web reporting tool. Competitive Sales Requests; Responsible for review and approval of division Competitive Sales requests. Works with product marketing and suppliers to address competitive sales opportunities. Develop and maintain tracking reports to monitor program details. Ensures that program maintains legal compliance. 13;
Qualifications 13;
:Four year degree in Business Administration or Management required. MBA completed or in process is a plus.
:Three to five years of related sales experience, including direct supervisory responsibilities.
:Demonstrated leadership skills. Proven ability to motivate and develop salespeople.
:Intermediate to advanced expertise in Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
