Job Description:

The role focuses on executing tuning and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

Mandatory Experience:

:
5+ years of experience in Network Tuning and Optimization on Nokia/Alcatel Lucent RF equipment
:
Excellent RF skills
:
Pre Launch Tuning and Post launch experience
:
Good understanding of wireless physical layer detail knowledge
:
Strong competence on 2G, 3G or 4G Technologies
:
Good understanding of eNodeB configuration and operation
:
Good skills in English
:
Both self:driven and able to work in teams

Key Skillset and Experience:

:
Education: Academic degree, minimum Bachelors Degree and preferred Masters, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent
:
Advanced Tuning and Optimization experience working in major markets in US
:
Lead experience working cross functionally with Customer and various business groups within company and global teams.
:
7+ years experience of network deployment, system test and lead testing team.
:
Advanced technical knowledge in the network area of working (Radio, Transport, Core or Wireline)
:
Knowledge of local OHS statutory regulations and group OHS requirements
:
English Skills
:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
:
Data analytics expertise
:
Business Acumen and Consultative skills
:
Technical Expertise in LTE, UMTS and latest technologies
:
Extensive experience working in North America
Additional Requirements:
:
Flexibility to Travel within North America
:
Ability to Lead large teams
