The Marketing Strategist will serve as the primary contact for their specific account assignment. He/she is on point to maintain operational excellence to ensure tactical execution of strategic initiatives, and deliver on time, and per the defined scope.
The Marketing Strategist acts as a program subject matter expert both with client interactions and with internal CDK teams. Marketing Strategists are also charged with leading cross functional teams on project execution, assisting with issue resolution, supporting channel sales initiatives, project roadmap management, ongoing and ad hoc reporting tasks, creating statements of work, and gathering project requirements.
. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
. Coaching account team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
. Drive adoption of CDK solutions within the dealer group
. Define, develop and execute account strategy and long term account roadmap
. Project manage client deliverables and communicate to internal and external stakeholders on status
. Manage numerous customer stakeholders at various leadership levels within the account
. Create and articulate compelling value propositions around CDK
. Maintain robust customer communication and drive migration to integrated CDK solutions
. Work with an extended team to identify and overcome blockers
. Identify and build strategy for the risks and opportunities for an account
. Up:sell and cross sell all products and services to the current client by understanding business needs and recommending CDK solutions that meet them
. Providing client feedback and business cases to CDK Product Managers or Solutions Managers to influence product roadmap
. Partner with 3rd party agencies to build a cohesive marketing strategy for clients to take into consideration both traditional and digital media.
. Build and educate client on holistic CDK solution including SEO, advertising, website, non:digital CDK product strategy
. Facilitates communication and resolution of client issues, projects and initiatives across all internal departments and external partners and manages all clients and stakeholders updates
. Use data analysis to advise clients on marketing opportunities and consult on business trends.
. Responsible for day to day operation, maintenance and enhancement of client programs including website assets and advertising programs
. Interface with corporate client and internal/marketing partners, regarding program operations
. Support for project delivery which may include: producing required documentation, coordinating resources and deliverables, communicating across teams and with the client, and reporting
