WHO WILL I BE WORKING FOR?
This company is the nations premier 10:year 3;new home warranty program. As a result of their integrity and stringent screening process, they have been recognized as the most selective 10:year warranty program in the industry.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this position you will cover the State of Washington. You will prospect for new BUILDER clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Prospect via internet and phone contact for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. *
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches to overcome concerns and objections.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
YOUR STRENGTHS:
Proven closer, self:motivation, experienced cold caller, get it done attitude.
Minimum qualifications should include three (3) years outside sales experience and a college degree is preferred.
HOW WILL I BE COMPENSATED:
Base salary 50K + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS + Residual INCOME on Lifetime warranties + full medical benefits. All expenses paid by the company. 500 car allowance per month. 60 cell phone allowance per month
1st year earning potential 90k+
2nd Year earning potential 110:120K
