Kidder Mathews is seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Management Portfolio Assistant to work with our Property Management Team in managing a dynamic and growing multi-asset commercial property portfolio from our regional office in Bellevue, WA. Working under the direction of the Vice President & Senior Property Manager(s), the Assistant will: Be instrumental in developing accurate, comprehensive reporting and submitting that reporting to clientsDevelop and maintain a courteous, service oriented rapport with clients & tenantsAdminister tenant leasesTrack and administer vendor and tenant insurance certificates using an on line tracking systemDirect vendors, contractors and other service providersPrepare vendor/contractor contractsReview, code and process accounts payable utilizing an on line, paperless, systemContact tenants regarding outstanding amounts owed and coordinate action plans as necessary and as approved by the Property ManagerCoordinate approval and track process of leases, contracts, notices and other time sensitive documentsAssist in the preparation of annual property budgetsMaintain a first class, well organized office environmentProvide full administrative support for the Property Manager(s), to include routine correspondence, reporting and business development documentsWork closely with Property Manager(s) and other members of the Property Management Team on monthly financial and operations reporting, capital projects, and property administration This position requires a minimum of 4 years previous experience in the commercial property management field, very strong financial and analytical abilities, a high level of demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and a proven superior level of customer service skills. The successful candidate will also possess the following attributes:Attention to detailEmbrace time-sensitive reporting and responsesHigh degree of financial acumen.Strong software adaptability skills.Ability to read, understand and abstract leases and contracts.Ability to provide documentary support for all CAM reconciliations and estimates.
