John L Scott a National Leader in Real Estate is seeking a New Construction Services Representative. This role is instrumental in providing support to our Real Estate Brokers and Management Team who currently work with New Construction Division. In addition, our New Construction Representative will introduce our Premier Building program to arms of the organization unfamiliar with this service. This position will also foster relationships in the builder community, will promote our program as well as recruit and retain builder brokers. Ideal candidate will have an artist eye and ability to create documentation/marketing to support our Premier Build Program as well as have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Design. John L. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assisting in the training of JLS brokers who are currently working with new construction or would like to work with new construction Develop relationships with the builder community to promote the Company as the premier builder brokerage firm Assist with Recruit and retain builder brokers Main resources for seeking seeking knowledge, resources, or guidance in marketing and/or sales capacities with builder contracts. Consult and assist JLS brokers with guidance and direction in securing builder accounts Assist training and implementing of JLSs Teams program Assist in coordination of Builder Breakfast, Teams Training and other events Assist with paperwork in forming teams Develop and maintain Marketing Materials within Adobe Design Assist with projects as assigned Qualifications: Applied knowledge of the technology available to serve the real estate industry Technology efficient in PowerPoint, Excel and word Technology efficient in Adobe Design The ability to understand the Company culture in client/broker/management relationships A professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multi-task and prioritize an ever-changing workload Maintain confidentiality, integrity, professionalism Exercise good judgment and maintain composure under pressure The ability to understand the Company culture in client/broker/management relationships Experience and Education: Sales, Marketing and Administrative experience BA or AA degree preferred Technology efficient in PowerPoint, Excel and word Technology efficient in Adobe Design
