Job Description:/h3:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for The Deol Groups online presence and direct marketing community engagement activities. The primary function of this role is to drive traffic to our sales team. This position will develop and implement a yearly marketing calendar, engagement and conversion strategy, and plan client appreciation events. The Marketing Coordinator will develop a cohesive branded approach to The Deol Groups marketing efforts and will analyze and maximize the return on investments. This person will be responsible for maintaining The Deol Groups online presence through various portals including social media. You will also help with administrative tasks for the group as needed. This team member is self:motivated, creative and consistent with good problem:solving skills and a high level of integrity.
:Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
:Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
:Must know how to create targeted FB ads.
:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and the use of green screens.
:Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
:Displays in:depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+ Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
:Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
:Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the real estate field.
:Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress and other website building platforms.
Job Duties:
Create and implement Marketing Strategy that includes:
:Direct sphere mailings
:Video texting program
:Listing Marketing Plan
:Client Appreciation Event(s)
:Community involvement opportunities
:Web presence
:Press releases and blogging schedule
:Call agents to market new listings
:Solicit showing feedback on listings as needed
:Duties to be added as needs arise
:Update to Buyer/Seller presentation books
:Digital Buyer/Seller presentations
:Send weekly emails via MailChimp
:Creating Green Screen Videos
:Work with Listing team to develop strategies for our listings
:Work with sales team to develop strategies to bring in new builder business
Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day:to:day activities including:
:Curate relevant content to reach the companys ideal customers.
:Create and manage all published content (images, video and written).
:Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
:Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
:Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
:Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
:Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
:Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
:Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
:Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
