Job Functions / Responsibilities 13;
The Facility Intern will get real experience in day:to:day project management, building operations, procedures, budgeting, scheduling, and customer service while interacting with various PACCAR Divisions and staff. Experience will include:
:Support Facility Manager and staff with reorganization of project files pertaining to the corporate headquarters and other facilities. Part of this effort will consist of preserving important facility information and documents for the future.
:Support Facility Manager and staff on facility projects including bathroom remodels, carpeting upgrades, equipment replacements, roofing replacement and other projects as assigned. Where possible, intern will provide day to day progress reports and documentation as appropriate.
:Assist Facility department sorting and finalizing the Design Center materials with emphasis on those items no longer in production or part of Paccar standards. 13;
:High ethical standards.
:Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
:PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). AutoCad would be a plus. Excel is a must.
:Self starter with high sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 13;
Bachelors Degree In Progress
