CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MGR
The individual is responsible for commercial or public sector, technical contractual activities on one or more projects of various sizes. The individual is the company's prime contact with the client and as such is responsible for promoting continuing relations. They are also responsible for field construction efforts, design phase services and all subcontracting, as well as participating in all major technical, cost, scheduling, and performance decisions. Projects may range from $30 - $150million range.This position requires a minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager or project related experience. A BS degree is required and an advanced degree and professional registration are preferred. Valid driverâ?Ts license required. Data center experience preferred. Relevant Manufacturing facility or Pharmaceutical project experience may be substituted
