Kidder Mathews is seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Management Portfolio Assistant to work with our Property Management Team in managing a dynamic and growing multi:asset commercial property portfolio from our regional office in downtown Seattle, WA. Working under the direction of the Senior Property Manager, the Assistant will:
* Be instrumental in developing accurate, comprehensive reporting and submitting that reporting to clients
* Develop and maintain a courteous, service oriented rapport with clients and tenants
* Administer tenant leases
* Track and administer vendor and tenant insurance certificates using an on line tracking system
* Direct vendors, contractors and other service providers
* Prepare vendor/contractor contracts
* Review, code and process accounts payable utilizing an on line, paperless, system
* Contact tenants regarding outstanding amounts owed and coordinate action plans as necessary and as approved by the Property Manager
* Coordinate approval and track process of leases, contracts, notices and other time sensitive documents
* Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets
* Maintain a first class, well organized office environment
* Provide full administrative support for the Property Manager(s), to include routine correspondence, reporting and business development documents
* Work closely with Property Manager(s) and other members of the Property Management Team on monthly financial and operations reporting, capital projects, and property administration
This is an administrative support position, and requires a minimum of 4 years previous experience in the commercial property management field, very strong financial and analytical abilities, a high level of demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and a proven superior level of customer service skills.

* Ability to multi:task and remain focused.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on grammar and spelling abilities.
* Strong organizational skills
