Job Description:/h3:
We are looking for a commercial leasing Agent/Manager specialized in office and retails. The job is located in our downtown Renton office, and the properties are in South King (Federal Way, Burien, Renton) and Seattle. You will be working with a team (other managers and handymen) or independently, to lease and manage the executive offices, mixed use building with retail spaces and apartments.
The responsibility and duties:
:Marketing the office spaces, retails vacancies. find the best way to do the marketing. Social Media marketing, mass mailing marketing.
:Managing the commercial spaces, retails tenants and some residential tenants.
:Organizing, filing, answering phone calls (resolving tenants concerns, etc).
:Property marketing and leasing and rents collection : posting ads, etc marketing effort. Tracking new prospective phone calls, arranging showing, signing the lease, and moving in / out coordination, utility arrangement, delinquency collection, eviction.
:Property maintenance coordination. Working with maintenance person, vendors and contractors for work orders, maintenance calls and renovation work, etc.
:Interviewing new vendors, contractors, resident managers, etc.
:Basic bookkeeping : rents receivable and expenses payable.
:Assistance in asset valuation, acquisition and disposition.
:Various other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
:if you have your real estate license that is a plus, but it is not required.
:Full time. Occasionally require working on the weekends and nights.
We are looking for a person who is:
:Reliable, honest, focused; Extremely organized and detail oriented.
:Excellent verbal communications and written skills; Solid administrative skills. Multitask is a must.
:Good computer skills : MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Power point, etc.
:Good knowledge on commercial leasing and property management. Willing to learn and grow.
:College Degree is required or must demonstrate the equivalent experience and knowledge.
:Must have your own car, a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Credit and background check is required. The job will require some local travels to the property sites.
The position is available immediately. The compensation will be DOE Plus Performance Bonus. The pay will be reviewed and increased periodically upon satisfaction of performance.
