Resident Apartment Manager, Seattle We are looking for a full time on-site Resident Manager to manage two Section-8 Project Based apartment complexes in downtown Seattle for elderly tenants. One property is a 42 unit and the other is a 30 unit complex both within a couple miles of each other. We offer a competitive salary (DOE) plus full benefits and a 1 bedroom unit with discounted rent! The Resident Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including but not limited to collecting rents, maintaining accurate records, showing and renting up vacancies in a timely manner, maintaining the building, scheduling and meeting with vendors, abiding by Fair Housing and Seattle Landlord-Tenant Laws, performing building and unit inspections. Qualifications:Minimum two years of prior apartment management experienceExperience with managing a site with Low Income Section 8 Housing programs preferredStrong organizational and bookkeeping skillsStrong computer and administrative skillsExperience with Yardi accounting software preferredDemonstrate good decision making and attention to detailManagement team welcomeBilingual in Chinese is a plus Company Description: WMC has been managing properties in and about the Seattle metropolitan service area for years.
