Kaiser Permanente Washington s Strategy Insights team supports executive leadership, developing a deeply-informed, long-term view of customers, competitors, industry trends and market developments. We are an internal strategy consulting team, partnering across the business to shape data-driven strategy development and decision making through actionable insights, implications and recommendations.
As the Senior Analyst, you play an integral role on the Strategy Insights team, coordinating and supporting research efforts to infuse customer insights into critical work of the region. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Strategy Insights. Key responsibilities include:
+ Coordinate multiple market research projects in the Washington region, and partner with internal stakeholders and the national market research team to develop customized survey tools and create synthesized results
+ Support efforts to monitor customer experience and perceptions in the market
+ Developing consumer and customer insights to shape multiple efforts (growth/retention strategies; product development; advertising evaluation; customer satisfaction)
+ Support development of effective communication of market research findings
+ Providing new insights into customer needs
+ Perform and investigate causal analyses
+ Perform in-depth and high level data analysis, including cross tab analysis and significance testing

Qualifications
Education
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor s Degree with minimum two (2) years of related experience.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree with minimum three (3) years of related experience. Marketing Research, Marketing Analytics or related field such as statistics, mathematics, economics.
Knowledge/Skills
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Basic or limited knowledge of data analysis software
Basic or limited general application of market research and/or marketing concepts and principles.
Intermediate level of quantitative skills including understanding of probability, sampling, and descriptive and inferential statistics. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of primary research methods.
Intermediate use and application of standard marketing principles, theories, concepts, and technique
Intermediate ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
