Job Description At Navos, we offer a healing home for children, young people and adults who might be underserved, overlooked or otherwise at risk of falling through the cracks. The people we serve are older adults who struggle with severe and persistent mental illness and need daily intensive case management support. Typically they have a number of chronic health conditions, live in near poverty, and are too often isolated from their community and family. All of our clients live in housing provided by Navos and supervised by Midway staff. Thus, we have a great opportunity to make a significant difference in their lives by providing case management and residential support in a recovery environment. This is an opportunity for seasoned supervisors as well as someone new to supervision. The supervisor of the Midway Residential Program will not only help clients and staff grow, but will also help develop the program as we move into the future of mental health treatment. We are looking for a full time, Masters level clinician with experience in residential care to supervise a team of 3 case managers in our Midway Residential Program: Must have a Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
