The RN Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center as wellas the opportunity to provide patient care through Registered Nurse duties.This is a full time day shift opportunity and is eligible for full this position you will:+ Recruit, orient and train ASC staff to meet the needs of center.+ Provide regular feedback to supervised employees through the performance management system to include quarterly appraisals and regular feedback sessions.+ Participate in PMC and Clinic leadership committees, projects and functions as appropriate.+ Provide daily leadership in the ASC to achieve the highest levels of patient and employee satisfaction.+ Oversee scheduling of contracted personnel and ensures personnel time keeping systems. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include:+ Current WA State registered nurse license.+ BLS certification within 4 months of hire.+ ACLS certification+ Professional Nursing Certification (CCRN, AORN or CGRN) within 12 months of hire.+ 3 year s progressive supervisory and/or ASC experience.Preferred qualifications for this position include:+ BSN - Seven years or more of combined clinical nursing and progressive supervisory experience may be substituted for degree.Pacific Medical Center First Hill:The patient population we care for is culturally and clinically diverse, creating a stimulating and rewarding workplace.
