Amazon Connections is an innovative program that gives Amazonians a confidential and effective way to give feedback on the workplace and help shape the future of the company. By asking employees a daily question, Connections leverages real time information to learn more about the employee experience. Managers can use Connections data to determine areas that need immediate attention, identify A?small winA? opportunities as well as areas that may need additional data points. As a Sr Connections Experience Manager, you will be the product owner of Connections for our business and will leverage the Voice of the Business to build out the roadmap of Connections across our teams which include Amazon Ads, Video, Studios, Music, IMDb, Tickets, Business and Corporate Development, and Cloud Drive. These businesses are entrepreneurial, fast growing, global and delivering unique products and services to customers. In this role, you will be a strategic, thought partner with your HR and business leaders. You will work closely with them to diagnose and solve organizational challenges surfaced through Connections/HR data and analytics. You will own and drive innovation around how to use Connections/HR data to improve upon the employee experience and organization capability. As new Connections functionality is introduced, you will develop our org:specific strategy around how it will be implemented and best used. Leaders/HR partners will look for your guidance and expertise around deep dives analysis to surface root causes or experimentation around engagement and performance. You will also represent our business to the central Connections team, advocating for new product development or enhancements, surfacing pain points from the business, and identifying best practices from other lines of business to bring back to our business. Additional responsibilities include: Team leadership and mentoring.Supports the development of flexible and sustainable solutions across multiple cultures, incorporating local requirements as necessary.Helps determine and measure impact against core Connections indices and business metrics.Develops and delivers communications to support program implementation and impact including executive:level presentations, broad organizational messages, and leadership reporting.Educates leaders on how to use Connections reports and data and partners to drive needed change.Creates the mechanisms to share success stories, capture/track actions, and ensure a closed feedback loop.Identifies areas of integration with internal analytics and diversity program teams.Drives the identification of reporting or data visualization needs to accelerate use of Connections data to drive business directly manages 1 Business Analyst. BA/BS required.4+ yearsA? product or program development.4+ years leading teams.Expert in analyzing data and developing insights.Excellent written/verbal communication skills and experience working with cross:functional teams.Proven ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.Demonstrated ability to understand and apply technical concepts and communicate with technical teams.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Foundational understanding of statistics.
