Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Overseeing the full cycle of the recruiting processCreating the strategy to fulfill recruiting needs Focusing on recruiting talent for Corporate and Salon level support positionsManaging the recruiting teamScreening candidatesA? resumes and job applicationsConducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates and determine potential company, brand and culture fitWorking internally with hiring managers to understand positions and team needs to streamline the recruiting processAssessing applicantsA? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesMonitoring and applying HR recruiting best practicesDevising new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and our selection process of top:tiered talent for all open positionsProviding metrics to measure program effectivenessTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
