Job Description A: Able to perform all Assistant Project ManagerA?s and Project EngineerA?s responsibilities (refer to position descriptions) A: Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/Lump Sum) A: Negotiate cost:effective subcontract and material purchases A: Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery. Skills and Experience Requirements: A: Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience A: Mid/High:Rise construction management experience (15:20 years, including supervisory skills) A: Leadership ability A: Problem:solving ability and strong sense of urgency A: Organizational and communication skills Must have strong computer skills.
