Your challenge A LCM Project Lead is a project management role responsible and accountable for change activities after IPD milestone PE until End of Life meeting project timing and quality requirements Project Management · Management of commercial change initiatives in LCM as approved by Change Review Board · Management of packaging configuration/release activities in support of IPD projects · Translate change requests (quality improvements, cost reductions, technical changes, and commercial changes) into realistic project plans in consultation with other parties involved · Staff the change team(s) in cooperation with the resource managers; specify the capacity resources to be used · Define and arrange the necessary external support for change activities. · Monitor, assure, and report the progress of change activities to different stakeholders / review meetings (e.g. CMM’s, Country Organizations, Sr. Management, etc.) · Identify problems early and lead cross functional teams in their timely resolution · Create IPS requests in BASIS tool and drive approvers to timely completion · Create and update changes into complete Technical Product Documentation (Agile) to ensure documentation is full and complete for production · Manage all end-of-life activities for existing products including production and purchased parts. · Responsible for accurate assessments of cost and production impacts for LCM changes · Prioritize workload to ensure all projects completed per agreed schedules Continuous Improvement Work collaboratively to coach and drive improvements at global supply centers (e.g. Zhuhai, SCSC and PACH) Identify and implement continuous improvement activities related to job responsibilities Your team You will lead one or more multidisciplinary team(s) (CMM, regulatory/approbations engineer, purchasing, SQE, packaging project managers, global supply centers etc.) to create and execute project plans to ensure global supply chain driving to produce newly created product configurations. LCM Project Leads also work closely with Product Engineers in IPD projects to manage product configurations and set up new products at global supply centers. We are looking for Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 5+ years industry experience in project management, configuration management and/or logistics management Able to lead projects to industrialize new consumer product finished goods into packaging sites at remote locations (global) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with global sales organizations and packaging facilities Experience with creation of consumer product finished goods configurations Exceptional communication skills for managing remote teams of many nationalities Strong project management skills, including team building, development of and managing to a schedule, demonstrated ability to address problems proactively Strong time management skills to prioritize and manage many concurrent projects to ensure all meet required timelines Specific Knowledge/Skills: Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Project Project management Experience with high volume manufacturing supply chain and logistics processes Experience with BoM (Build of Materials) creation and structures (Agile experience desired) Experience with FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing helpful Our offer At Philips, we are driven by our mission to improve the lives of 3 billion people per year by 2025, and every day we move closer to achieving our goal by creating cutting-edge solutions that lead to confident diagnosis, improved care, and increased quality of life for patients.
