The HR Director manages all related programs and systems from the ground up. As a member of the Skyline senior leadership group, the successful candidate serves as an advisor to the Executive Director for all issues related to the communityA?s work force. Reporting directly to the Skyline Executive Director, the HR Director will also work closely with the Corporate Vice President of HR to ensure compliance and alignment with federal/state and city laws, ordinances, company policies, benefits and organizational culture. The successful candidate will interface with senior and mid:level managers to promote team member relations and assist with conflict resolution. Our workplace emphasizes serving others, team work, our dedication to hospitality and customer service, vigorous innovation and integrity in everything we do.Maintain all personnel and confidential files in a complete and accurate manner from hire to terminationEnsure current federal and state requirements are in complianceEnsure the Team Member Handbook and HR policies and procedures are communicated and in practicePartner with Executive Director and managers to provide human resources expertiseAdminister the wage and benefits programs for communityAdministration of HRIS applicationsPartner with managers to identify training needs and assist VP of Human Resources in the development and implementation of training programsAdminister community On:boarding Program and provide orientation for new Team MembersSupport the community by providing a variety of specialized recruiting services, including development of recruiting strategies, processes and tools; generating a pipeline of qualified candidates and effectively filling open positions in a time sensitive mannerProvide support by executing established business processes, such as expertly using the applicant tracking system and maintaining documentation for EEO purposesRegularly review processes, to ensure efficiencyDemonstrated ability to conduct Employee Relations investigations including comprehensive report writingOversee COBRA, LOAs, workers compensation and unemployment claimsManage, coach, mentor and provide guidance to team members as requiredPlan, facilitate and/or execute assigned projectsOther duties as requiredEducation and/or Equivalent Experience, Skills and Abilities BachelorA?s degree from in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experienceFive (5) or more years of progressively responsible, Human Resources experience as generalistDemonstrated experience with full:cycle Recruiting and complex Employee Relations investigationsProfessional Human Resources certification(s) (PHR, SHRM:CP) preferredMust exhibit strong ethics and valuesAbility to think strategically and drive for results with acuityExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills and organizational agilityExceptional customer service
