Wireless Advocates operates retail kiosks and online sales activities for our retail partners: Costco Wholesale, Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES), Marine Corps Exchange (MCX), and Navy Exchange (NEX).The Sourcer/Recruiter will develop a strong talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, direct sourcing and internet sourcing. They will also be responsible for conducting phone interviews and assessing candidatesA? skills, and experience for select positions across the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, results focused professional, with a passion for recruiting.Develop and implement effective and innovative sourcing plan for attracting high quality candidates. This includes deliverables, timelines and tracking progress with measurable metrics.Develop talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including networking, referral generation, direct sourcing and internet sourcing Work closely with hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates based upon agreed timelineProvide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process Manage new job requisitions and update our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) on a regular basis so all information is kept up:to:dateProvide regular status updates to hiring managers and actively engage/keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process Participate in regularly scheduled meetings as necessary2+ years of candidate generation/sourcing experience with emphasis in articulating sourcing methodology, metrics and impactExperience using social media for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brandExcellent research/sourcing skills including use of Boolean, and creative search techniquesATS experience (iCIMS, preferred) Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsAbility to proactively source passive candidates including cold callingProven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environmentGood judgment, critical thinking skillsStrong interviewing and assessment skills
