Job Summary

EFESTE is looking to add an energetic, flexible, and organized Event
coordinator/Hospitality sales associate to our dynamic team. With locations in Woodinville and Sodo Seattle, this person will work directly with our clients and private event leads to help book, plan, and implement from the initial lead, through the day of the event for both Venues.

Responsibilities and Duties

Event Sales and Planning: Utilize our Event planning software to respond to leads promptly and efficiently with sample proposals, availability, and pricing. Previous experience with Gather and VinSuite POS is helpful. The person in this role will work with clients to customize their wine and food selections, conduct venue tours and event meetings, and coordinate rentals and vendors with clients as needed. Maintain event files and notes in Gather and VinSuite. Coordinate staffing for private events. Follow:up with leads regarding unanswered proposals. Research and implement effective strategies for new lead generation, and promoting the venues through various marketing channels.
Tasting Room Hospitality Educate tasting room guests about our wines and history while providing tastings and handling sales transactions. You will guide our customers through our current offerings and wine club program, schedule and conduct group tastings and share your knowledge about EFESTE wines and the winemaking process with our guests. You will keep a clean work space, work efficiently with your time and be a team player.
General Administrative Duties Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required. Generate event sales reports monthly. Maintain email inbox. Maintain communication between team members regarding upcoming events.

Must be excited to work face to face with people
Wine, customer service, retail, sales and/or marketing experience a plus, but not a requirement
Ability to work at least 30 hours/ week
Ability to travel locally between Woodinville and Sodo
Aggressive desire to learn
Although this is an entry level position and we train from the ground up, we find that the candidates that are the best fit have backgrounds, experience, education or knowledge in entry level, sales, marketing, leadership, management, business administration, customer relations, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing, sales, promotions, promotional marketing, consumer marketing, consumer products, retail, event planning, customer service, events.
