Position Overview:
The Account Manager is a business owner responsible for driving success for their clients. This includes managing project schedules and deliverables, working with clients to build successful go to market strategies, developing relationships and executing programs with eCommerce partners and working with internal teams to ensure our services consistently exceed client expectations.
Job Functions:
:Manage projects and deliverables
:Work closely with MPG process owners to understand deliverable status
:Develop and maintain relationships with key retailer partners
:Communicate regularly with clients to understand business needs
:Identify and recommend process improvements
:Provide best in class eCommerce advisory and education
:Stay up to date in best practices and trends
:Document and deliver strategies and tips
:Coordinate and pull in subject matter expertise from team
:Deliver excellent customer service
:Oversee the client onboarding process
:Maintain quarterly business reviews and objective meeting sessions with clients
:Proactively identify client needs and see them through to completion
:Advocate internally for clients
:Be the clients eCommerce business manager
:Create marketing plans and work with marketing team to execute
:Provide ROI analysis for marketing programs
:Work with clients to develop new strategies to drive eCommerce growth
Qualifications:
:2+ years experience in:
:Amazon or related online retail
:Client or account management
:Online marketing / advertising
:Strong organizational skills
:Ability to self:motivate and work in a fast:changing business environment
:Comfortable in spreadsheets, reporting, and analysis
:Bachelors Degree or higher
:Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Travel
