Established Community Association Management company in Bellevue seeking an experienced full time portfolio manager for condominium and homeowner associations in the greater Seattle area.

This Community Association Manager role will include:

Attending and conducting Board of Director meetings;
Produce monthly actions lists;
Prepare requests for proposals;
Present bids/proposals to the Board;
Process Invoices;
Quality control of vendor work and contractor supervision;
Work closely with Board of Directors and committees;
Preparation and presentation of budgets;
Performing all other functions associated with property management for a select portfolio of
Condominium and Home Owner Associations.

Preferred candidate will have/be:

Minimum of one year of Association Management experience ;
Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects;
Ability to work with a variety of people including Boards, owners and vendors;
Working knowledge of Association Documents and Washington Condo Act;
Computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel and association management software is required.
Working knowledge of accounting principles, budget preparation and tracking;
Attention to detail and follow through on a variety of projects;
Self motivated;
A team player with positive attitude.
