General Sales Manager
Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle is actively searching for an experienced dealership General Sales Manager. This candidate should have a working knowledge in new and used cars, inventory management, and customer retention. Prior experience as a Finance Director and Sales Manager is preferred. The General Sales Manager is expected to uphold high ethical standards, have excellent customer service, and create a positive sales environment.
:Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
:Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of department managers
:Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
:Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
:Responsible for managing profitability in both the new and pre:owned vehicle departments
:Assist in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan
:Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the dealership
:Be the biggest promoter of customer service index (CSI) throughout the dealership
:Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers
:Proven track record of achieving goals
:Outstanding communications skills
:Professional appearance and work ethics
:Excellent organizational skills
:Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
:Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
