Position Summary
Integral to the health and stability of a growing organization, the successful Account Representative is responsible for origination of new opportunity and cultivation of existing business through a common and consistent sales lifecycle. The Account Representative seeks opportunity through their personal sphere and through existing Von Technologies customer relationships. The Account Representative develops opportunities into proposals and proposals into sold business. By fielding incoming opportunities and generating others, the Account Representative develops a sales pipeline consisting of a variety of customers that employ a variety of solutions.

Objectives
:Understand the of products and services offered, their competitive strengths, and where they are best applied
:Qualify new opportunities against our capabilities
:Utilize sales support staff for proposal development and pricing
:Reinforce collective success of the sales team by setting expectations, prioritizing, and problem:solving
:Build, track, and maintain a pipeline through use for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
:Present marketing materials and proposals in written and verbal forms
:Articulate scope, contract terms, and financial details to Customers

Qualifications
:Minimum two years outside sales experience (previous technology sales experience preferred)
:Familiarity with opportunities and challenges faced by technology solutions organizations preferred
:Demonstrate the ability to recognize an opportunity and apply a product set to solutions
:Understand financial concepts relevant to internal business operations and Customer motives
:Professional written and verbal communication skills

:Virtual home office professional and quiet environment provided by employee with appropriate direct supervision
:Mobile phone with unlimited nationwide calling provided by employee. Laptop/tablet and pertinent software provided.
:Consistent periodic travel nationally to address Customer needs, bolster relationships, and advance Sales objectives
:Consistent availability during normal business hours across domestic time zones and reachability after business hours
:Professional and appropriate appearance for meetings and Customer interaction

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience and performance
Consistent base salary
Commission payout structure determined with salary and performance milestones
