Shares responsibilities for overall success of the Spa with the Spa Director and Assistant Spa Manager. Provides exceptional customer service for the members and guests of PRO Sports Club, while enforcing club rules and policies. Guest service is performed with enthusiasm and friendliness and a willingness to help others. Adherence to PRO's Core Values and our mission statement is expected and is crucial to the success of PRO Sports Club and The Spa. - Shares responsibility for the success of the Spa and analyzes P&L monthly to identify potential adjustments, discrepancies or errors - Recognizes opportunities to reduce expenses and increase revenue and profit - Provides high level overviews, engaging Spa Director when necessary, for on-going guest service projects and occurrences - Manages all aspects of guest service and acts as the first point of contact for all concierge and guest issues, including but not limited to follow up, feedback and concerns. Follow up with providers and cast when applicable - Processes Concierge payroll - Manages all concierge components of human resource reports, deadlines, renewals and audits including but not limited to benefit management, hours and license expirations, correction notices, leave of absences and separations - Creates concierge schedules ensuring proper coverage based on business needs in a timely manner. - Ensures all policies and procedures are followed and communicates any issues or recommendations for changes to Spa Director - Supports Spa Director with development and implementation of procedures and protocol when necessary - Delivers and enforces spa policies, rules and protocols with Spa Management which may result in performance correction notice or separation of employment - Meets with cast members to problem solve, resolve issues and communicates cast coaching sessions to Spa Director when necessary - Assist in developing the yearly educational calendar for concierge team in collaboration with Spa Buyer - Works directly with security regarding safety issues, training, security and loss prevention - Recruits, interviews and selects cast members to fill concierge positions with the assistance of the Concierge Supervisors - Works collaboratively with concierge educator to rovide training for new concierge cast members including on-boarding and off-boarding - Provides training and development pathways for the concierge supervisors and supervisors in training - Delivers, leads by example and instills exceptional guest service standards in all cast and holds them accountable - Manages and continues to develop the concierge compensation and skill based pay structure - Assists Spa Management in the planning and organization of marketing related projects including the coordination of promotions for services, programs and events. - Communicates all marketing and spa initiatives to concierge prior to launch ensuring sufficient time for any adjustments - Prepares concierge reviews and delivers within required timeline in collaboration with concierge supervisors. - Plans and delivers monthly staff meetings for concierges - Resolves and processes discrepancies on a daily basis, as necessary to include but not limited to cash gratuity distribution, cash till drops, till reconciliation etc. - Final approver of spa account reconciliation - Ensures Concierge Supervisors deliver weekly Warm Ups and encourages cast attendance - Motivates and leads spa cast - Ensures Show Readiness throughout spa - Ensures an exceptional and consistent experience for all spa guests - Provides immediate praise for good work or moments of magic - Utilizes Attendance Enterprise to observe and monitor cast hours - Instills excellent guest service standards in all cast members - Steps in and acts as concierge when business demands or as necessary - Willing to work extra hours and be flexible with schedule when needed - Willing to work in a partial or full shift as a concierge, and provide coverage outside of this when necessary - Performs other related duties as assigned by management - Diploma or Degree in Hospitality field is preferred - Minimum of two years' experience in spa industry or hospitality preferred - Leadership experience preferred - Food Handler's Permit and Liquor License required or obtained within 30 days of employment - Basic Accounting - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel - Excellent verbal and written skills, active listener, self-starter, able to make decisions and take initiative - Ability to type 40 words per minute PRO Sports Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug and Nicotine Free Business.
