Supervises and coordinates the work of ancillary healthcare personnel.Education BackgroundGraduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.Licensure, Registration, CertificationA current Registered Nurse License for the State of Washington is required.BLS is required.ACLS is preferred.Special Training/Skills Telemetry experience is required.Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on assigned unit/department.Work ExperienceMinimum one year of telemetry experience is required, two years in preferred.Physical Abilities Must be able to safely maneuver patients and supplies.Must be able to handle a fluctuating workload.This job quires ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written) with all stakeholders (providers, caregivers, patients, family members) for the effective treatment of patients.Physical Demand Level: HeavyIn an 8:hour workday, must be able to: Lift / Carry50 to 100 pounds occasionally25 to 50 pounds frequently10 to 20 pounds constantly As required, must be able to:Sit, Stand, Walk, Bend, Squat, Kneel, Crawl, Climb and Reach above shouldersPush and PullPerform fine motor functionsMust possess functional vision, hearing, and speech in order to communicate effectively with clients, client advocates, and staff.
