Concur Expense Consultant
The Concur Expense Consultant is a multi:functional role in which you will act as an Implementation Project Manager and/or Functional Consultant to new and existing customer. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all project deliverables with the goal to complete implementations within an aggressive timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client satisfaction. As the Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting on and configuring Concur Expense services across the duration of the customer lifecycle.
In the first 12 months you will deliver:
Successful Customer Projects: Independently manage multiple concurrent complex, global, multi:phased implementations following Concur's implementation methodology while achieving minimum targets for Productivity, Days to Implement, Forecasting and Implementation NPS survey scores.
Outstanding Consulting: Understand and analyze client business requirements. Provide guidance and best practices on optimal configuration options. Perform knowledge transfer to the customer for effective use of Concur Travel and Expense and ancillary products. Manage multiple concurrent complex post:production consulting engagements, delivering on Concur's Service Administration offering.
Superior Collaboration: Actively participate and contribute to special assignments and projects related to improving our client's experiences with Concur's products and services. Provide support to Concur's service partners.
In order to accomplish this you will need to:
:Consult with customers, both remotely via online meetings and conference calls and in person, and guide them through key decisions, offer recommended solutions, and suggest alternatives to maintain engagement scope and timeline.
:Become a subject matter expert on Concur products and stay current on key product and process changes.
:Educate clients on end user functionality and administration features including imports and extracts.
:Keep clients and management informed of implementation activities and progress through regular communications, meetings and status reports, and by reporting exceptional circumstances in a timely manner.
:Manage implementation, acting in the role of project manager and functional consultant. Activities include, but are not limited to: leading project calls, understanding and analyzing client business requirements, providing guidance on optimal configuration options to meet client needs, managing third:party and Concur integrations (e. g., credit cards, direct reimbursement to employees, direct payments to vendors), training clients and preparing for deployment of service to employees : all within defined timeframe of completion.
:Maintain regular meetings with the customer, discussing: goals, priorities, product roadmap, monthly releases and positioning additional services for identified gaps.
:Stay organized and deliver on commitments, including complying with internal procedures, such as completing required entries in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and time tracking applications.
:Travel to client sites, up to 15
