PACCAR Parts
PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.

Requisition Summary 13;
This position primary function is to respond to a variety of inquiries via the web and/or telephone by PACCAR dealers regarding order placement, expediting, order modification, shipping, availability and pricing.

Job Functions / Responsibilities 13;
:
Advise customers concerning order status, changes, shpping information, product availability, product programs and pricing policies.

Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on dealer needs

Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling

Special Projects as required

Qualifications 13;
:
High school diploma
:
Bachelors degree or t
wo years of college level studies in business or related field preferred
:
Two or more years in Customer Service
:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
:
Strong Negotiation skills
:
Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
:
Ability to multi:task in a demanding customer oriented environment
:
Positive attitude towards service whil managing difficult situations
:
Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, as well as typing skills
:
Excellent problem solver
:
Highly attentive to details
:
Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks until they are brought to closure
:
French or Spanish language a plus 13;
