Our Customer Care office is seeking an exceptional individual for a dispatcher opening. Our ideal candidate will be an energetic, computer literate, and have good telephone and customer service skills. Established in 1976, Pacific Office Automation is a family owned business with offices in seven western states. We are one of the largest document imaging dealerships in the West, and are financially sound.Responsibilities include:Answering multi:line phone systemUsing basic computer applicationsCommunicating with customers, technicians and salespeopleAbility to multi:taskScheduling service callsBeing organized and keeping track of recordsBilling out chargeable invoices and collecting on outstanding invoicesProcessing paymentsAdministrative workQualifications:Previous admin experienceProven ability to multi:task and work under fast:pace environments while maintaining accuracyProblem solverAbility to calmly handle stressful situationsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsComputer and customer service skillsMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsMust know how to use Microsoft Word and ExcelThis position offers a full benefit package which includes matched 401(k) and full health/dental/vision D123
