Title: Agility Services - Corporate Training Lead (San Jose, CA)

Hours: Varied
Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
+ Manage training and policy teams
+ Manage overall training requirements, ensure sufficient training resources are available to roll out required new hire induction and program training
+ Timely flag resource constraints and align training plans with training resource capacity
+ Ensure continuous improvement of training materials and overall curriculum
+ Provide thought leadership to training and policy teams re: process/curriculum and content improvement opportunities
+ Define measurement concept for training success and track new hire learning curve
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor s Degree OR High School Diploma plus a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in a training delivery role, preferably in an international environment
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a training leadership role, preferably in an operations environment
+ Current knowledge and experience with effective learning methodologies, tools, and learning management systems
+ Demonstrated experience with training needs analysis, program and curriculum development, training delivery, and training evaluation methods
+ Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and plan for obstacles or barriers to learning and performance support solutions
+ General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
+ Demonstrated knowledge of quality/process improvement techniques
+ Proficiency in Microsoft software for office productivity, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
Preferred Skills / Experience
+ Bachelor s Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Organizational Design, or related field
+ Knowledge of multi-cultural communications and cultural context in supporting other countries
