What we need (in addition to all that stuff above) This position serves as an expert Integration Specialist within the Business Intelligence team and works closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence team, and Development team on all integration and data migration tasks related to the BI Reporting and Analysis and Master Data Management. The Integration Specialist will help with data mapping, data cleansing, development, and testing for each source system that is used for reporting purposes outside of source system reporting. The Integration Specialist will develop, test, maintain and upgrade system interfaces. This position provides the highest level of technical support and integration knowledge for the team and ensures that security best practices are met and implemented. This position will require an individual who can work with minimal supervision on a wide range of projects interfacing with development teams, business analysts, product owners and members of the business community while constantly ensuring that their work is aligned with the Evergreen Home Loans (EHL) strategic direction. This position will be expected to stay current on integration technology while also continuing to grow their knowledge of Evergreen Home Loans business. The position is full-time with a regular working schedule of 40 hours per week and requires occasional after hours or weekend work to provide coverage during planned maintenance, planned migrations, incidents, or to complete assigned tasks to meet deadlines. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: Primary job duties include, but are not limited to: Analyze, design, develop and maintain system / data integrations with source systems. Data Migration Design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) system Use ETL tools to transform external data feeds into EHL data structures Use ETL tools to transform EHL data structures into data to be shared with external EHL systems. Use ETL tools to provide external entities data feeds, transforming EHL data structures into the agreed upon format. Translate business requirements into functional and readable reports Interact with business units on creating standardized reports and metrics for the data evaluation Perform ad hoc reporting Perform data modeling Perform data profiling Additional Duties: Possible Dashboard development - currently is Motivity. Act as systems administrator for Motivity dashboard product. Education and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data management, information systems or related field from an accredited college or university. NOTE: experience within information technology such as consulting, analyzing, designing, programming, installing and/or maintaining computer software applications, hardware, telecommunications or network infrastructure equipment, directing projects, providing customer or technical support may substitute for Bachelor's degree on the basis of one year of experience towards two years of education. 4 years of experience with T-SQL and MDX 4 year of experience with the Microsoft BI Stack - SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) / SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)/ SQL Server Analytic Services (SSAS) 4 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and XML 4 years of experience with web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture and understanding of Web Service API's for integration purposes. 4 years' experience with ETL tools including SSIS and/or Data Services Demonstrated experience in using relational data architecture and reporting tools to design and develop reports to meet specifications. Ability to work individually and within a team Experience conducting requirements definition sessions with program staff in order to understand their business/data needs. Desired Qualifications: 2 years of experience with Microsoft Data Services (MDS) and Microsoft Data Quality Services (DQS) A minimum of five (2) years of experience in application C# development 2 years of experience with Real Time integration using based web services such as SOAP and REST. Experience working with Microsoft Excel: Power Pivot, Power Query, Power Map, Power Viewer, and Microsoft SharePoint advanced knowledge of unit testing and Agile development process Ability to provide performance tuning analysis for development groups Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs and design patterns for enterprise adoption Strong experience with mortgage data Familiarity of regulatory compliance relating to mortgage lending - HMDA, ECOA, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, SAFE, AIR, GLBA, PATRIOT ACT, AML, etc. Prior loan experience should preferably include familiarity with Conventional Conforming, Non-Conforming, FHA/VA, 2nd Liens, HELOCs and Sub-Prime lending requirements. Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position: Agile software development practices. Working Knowledge of Team Foundation Server(TFS) Database Development Lifecycle best practices. Change management and release management best practices. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment. Must be able to walk/ sit for at least 8 hours or more (Majority of shift is spent sitting). Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more. Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, sit climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to manage a team effectively. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
