What we need (in addition to all that stuff above) Evergreen Home Loans is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Specialist 2 to join their technology-focused, forward-thinking IT organization. The Systems Integration Specialist 2 will help provide recommendations and feedback regarding EHL's mortgage lending Business Intelligence implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Systems Integration Specialist who has experience with Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) of data from disparate source systems internal and external into EHL's Data Repository systems. The Systems Integration Specialist will work with Microsoft technology including Excel, and SQL Server 2016 BI stack including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analytic Services (SSAS).The position focuses on establishing automated processes to deliver reliable data for reporting purposes, along with automating reports in SSRS. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: Analyze, design, develop and maintain system / data integrations with source systems. Support in the Design and implementation of EHL's Data Vault and Master Data Management (MDM) system Use ETL tools to transform external data feeds into EHL data structures Use ETL tools to provide external entities data feeds, transforming EHL data structures into the agreed upon format Translate business requirements into functional and readable reports Interact with Business Analyst on creating standardized reports and metrics for the data evaluation Perform ad hoc reporting Engage directly with Business Analyst, customers and data providers to participate in design and development of data integration/transformation or data export solutions according to functional requirements Design, build, and implement new environment to replace legacy data warehouse and reporting solutions Combine data elements from disparate databases to create and manage reporting needs Cross responsibility to provide daily, monthly, and on-demand reporting along with Reporting Analyst Maintain up-to-date procedural documentation Assist with technical escalations Cross responsibility as systems administrator for Motivity (data visualization product) along with other Integration Specialists. User creation, roles password resets, etc. Monthly maintenance on all report cards, subscriptions, reports Design and creation of data visualization using Motivity Work as a team member with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems Document system problems and resolutions for future reference. Design and Implement automated reports that are currently created in Excel manually. Create KPI's using SSRS Education and Experience Qualifications: 2 years of experience with T-SQL 2 years of experience with the Microsoft BI Stack SQL Server - Integration Services (SSIS) / SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)/ SQL Server Analytic Services (SSAS) Desired Qualifications Strong experience with mortgage data Familiarity of regulatory compliance relating to mortgage lending - HMDA, ECOA, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, SAFE, AIR, GLBA, PATRIOT ACT, AML, etc. Prior loan experience should preferably include familiarity with Conventional Conforming, Non-Conforming, FHA/VA, 2nd Liens, HELOCs and Sub-Prime lending requirements. Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) specifically with Microsoft Data Services (MDS) and Data Quality Services (DQS) Experience with web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture and understanding of Web Service API's for integration purposes. Agile development practices Working Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position: Good character, motivated and hard working Ability to work well with fellow associates, business units and vendors Good communication skills Neat, clean, and healthy work habits. Proven ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to successfully manage time and multiple competing priorities Can develop highly scalable, automated processes free from technical debt Proficiency in writing complex code using TSQL Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organizational skills within and outside of the department Strong Microsoft BI Stack skills (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) Skilled in Data Cube creation for analytical purposes Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including pivot tables Experience with all of the MS Office Suite Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and management of multiple projects simultaneously Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment. Must be able to walk/ sit for at least 8 hours or more (Majority of shift is spent sitting). Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more. Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, sit climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to manage a team effectively. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
