We are transforming our digital footprint to create sites and applications with forward thinking technologies and user experiences for mobile devices and web browsers.

We are innovating the way we communicate with our care team providers, how our patients access their personal medical records and how we promote and sell our services.

Projects include both member/patient and business facing sites with focus on the user experience. Our team designs and manages sites for our members, for health care providers, producers who market and sell our services and employers who manage health care for their employees.

Design responsibilities include following business requirements to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and delivery of final mockups and specifications.

Evaluation of final products to ensure fidelity to mockups and functionality.

In addition to the high level planning of designs applications there will be production work including cropping and retouching images in Photoshop, editing logos and illustrations and adding specifications to existing mockups.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with responsive design and mobile specific designs and interactions

  • Creation of wireframes/prototypes/mockups

  • Photo editing and cropping

  • Digital typography design and application

  • Be resourceful and take the initiative in development and completion of projects.

  • Demonstrate clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Adobe CS tools required with emphasis on Photoshop.

  • After Effects and Premiere experience optional but nice to have.

  • A portfolio of your work is required.




Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree Graphic Design, User Interface Design, or related field

Preferred Education

Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Basic or limited Understand technical capabilities and constraints of building web sites (including HTML, CSS, javascript, etc.) and content management systems
Advanced Proficiency in prototyping tools (like Adobe Creative Suite) and 508 compliance checking tools
Advanced Proficiency in user-centered design principles and usability standards

Minimum Experience Requirements
5 years 5 or more years experience in visual/graphic design, responsive web design, user experience, and interaction/application design.

Preferred Experience
8 years 8 or more years of the same
