Job Description:/h3:
Work Location: San Jose.
One of our client is a technology company transforming property development, design, and construction:from start to finish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for current SAP landscape for Projects and integration to other non:SAP applications
Leading all Construction project initiatives agnostic to business application
Effective and Continuous Communication with the business leaders and stakeholders on the Construction platform IT strategy
Work closely with other IT functional counterparts such as Finance, Sales and Purchasing to support their respective projects
Build a team of high performing individuals to support the continuous growth of the business
Partnering with business in identifying areas of improvements and implementing the changes
Partnering with IT vendors for delivering applications for Construction Projects

Required Skills and Experience
15+ years of IT Application management experience
BS/MS degree in
Engineering/Operations or Supply Chain Management
Proficient in leading IT applications such as SAP ERP and Custom Applications within the Construction domain
Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Possesses excellent organizational and problem solving with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Must be comfortable working in a fast:paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines and creating and improving processes Desired Skills and Experience
High performing Information Technology leader with 15+ years of experience in management of SAP Project Systems applications with end to end business processes from project initiation to completion
Expertise in Leading Business Process Transformation across delivering and build Engineering and Construction projects
Extensive experience with ERP, Project accounting and Supply chain systems
Excellent track record of hiring and leading high:performance team
Leading, Guiding and Managing Complex business initiatives that are cross:functional across Project accounting and execution functions
Experience in Project Scheduling and integration to Purchasing and Inventory management
