The SFDC Developer is part of a team responsible for the ideation and development of cloud-based applications that integrate an ecosystem of proprietary, third-party, and open source tools. In this role you will work with stakeholders and customers to find novel technical solutions to real business problems. You must have a demonstrated ability to execute the development of complex requirements and thoroughly document technical system and program level changes. You are someone who loves solving problems and getting things done, likes working fast and agile, and are able to accurately communicate technical details to other technically-oriented peers. Job Responsibilities 3+ years Salesforce.com application development and complex configuration (Workflow Logic, Field Validation, etc.)Integration troubleshooting and data managementCase/Ticket management - Defect Resolution and Enhancement RequestsMust work closely with the SFDC Administrator/Systems Analyst, SAP developers, and Ecommerce developers to effectively implement defined development tasks Manage multiple projects of varying complexity and priorityIdentify opportunities and risks, formulate recommendations, and manage/execute developmentConstruct custom views with automated business processes on the SFDC platformMaintain a healthy research and/or education status to keep up with technologies fast pace growthProvide concise and transparent updates on current workDevelop utilizing industry and platform best practices Preferred Experience Strong knowledge on system integrations with Salesforce.com with a track record of completing salesforce.com integrations and projects in developmentConfiguring and customizing Salesforce.com applicationsGood understanding of data driven application Database Experience (SQL & Non-SQL) - migrations, cleanup, and validationComplex SFDC Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visual Force Page developmentExperienced in common Web Development languages - HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience designing and implementing Custom Apps and working with API communication (REST/SOAP) preferredKnowledge of SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ as well as portal featuresKnowledge of Agile methodologies and Test Driven DevelopmentHighly self-motivated and directedExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentSFDC Developer Certification a plus (DEV 501) - provided by DiceSalesForce Developer
