The Sales Administration team is looking for someone who enjoys reporting the details, getting things done and is passionate about managing information while working in a dynamic team environment with the overall goal of serving great dealers and customers.
The team is made up of five coordinators and one analyst, in which their primary goal is to ensure all orders placed meet the expectations of our dealers. The Sales Analyst is responsible for providing critical information to management through database queries to allow the business to make key sales decisions. The Sales Analyst will also work to support the team when the Sales Administration Manager is out of office.
The role has the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness of our Sales team in market and overall success of the business.
Job Functions / Responsibilities 13;
:Represent Kenworth to dealer staff and customers.
:Act as liaison between dealers, sales regions, plants, engineering, materials and transport company to resolve unique issues.
:Participate and represent Sales Administration within a cross functional team environment.
:Respond to management requests for ad hoc information and analysis utilizing database tools and resources.
:Create and maintain Sales Administration training and desk procedure documentation, working towards continuous improvement.
:Create, maintain, and administer Order Processing Policy and Procedure bulletins, negotiating input from diverse stakeholders.
:Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including sales allowance audits.
:Serve as a backup to the Sales Administration Manager.
:Other duties as assigned. 13;
:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field required.
:3:5 years experience with heavy duty truck or other equipment manufacturer, involving deal and internal sales organization contact.
:Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on various factors.
:Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast:paced, changing environment.
:Experience using MSOffice suite with intermediate to advanced skills using MS Access and MS Excel to read, manipulate and analyze data required.
:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
:Masters degree a plus. 13;
