The technical documentation team for Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Programmer Writer In this role, you will lead our efforts to create and enhance our DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management developer documentation. You will manage a team of Technical Writers and Programmer Writers who write content for the DevOps and developer audiences. You will also be responsible for developing and growing the writers on your team. Your team documents AWS capabilities and APIs (both new services and new features for existing services); improves existing documentation; and manages feedback loops with customers. As a technical leader, you set the standard for excellence for our documentation, ensuring that we deliver technically accurate, well:written, simple, and customer:focused documentation. YouA?ll help set and be expected to deliver on aggressive goals for documenting new features and services, as well as improving the quality of existing documentation. You will also be expected to work with the AWS engineering teams on shared goals and efforts.
