About the role

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves and help move us dramatically forward by building marketing automation solutions. You will work with the Premier Agent, Mortgages, Premier Broker, Rentals, and New Construction Marketing teams to assess business cases and translate those needs into real solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Partner with marketing to translate business objectives into system requirements and finally into solutions

* Be the technical consultant when new applications are reviewed for purchase/use

* Architect and build solutions that help scale the output and impact of our sales and marketing teams

* Deliver highly-technical consultative and support services to keep Marketing by becoming an expert in the products and integrated partner solutions

* Understand the marketing technology ecosystem and how these technologies can be leveraged

About the Team

The Premier Agent Revenue Support group is a product team that partners with the business to grow Zillow Group's core revenue streams. The team is focused on building solutions that empower our customers, Sales, and Marketing to increase their effectiveness.

Who you are

* BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

* 4+ years of software development experience

* 4+ years of experience in program management.

* Experience with

* Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot (or similar system)

* Salesforce

* FormAssembly (a plus)

* A bias for action we move fast and think big

* Passion for empowering users with amazing products

* Strong quantitative and problem solving skills; high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

* A natural collaborator with a proven ability to work across teams to get things done
