As an Industrial Designer in the Product Development group, you will craft the tools that millions of exercisers use to sharpen bodies, shape wellness, and hone strength and flexibility. Our designers and engineers create cardio and strength equipment and experiences for the biggest brands in fitness. You will deftly balance tricky design problems at the intersection of human-scale ergonomics, athletic potential, and manufactured reality. Your solutions will impact the full spectrum of new product introduction, from initial research and exploration to launching innovative and sometimes complex equipment.

Our manufacturing lines are footsteps away from our design studio, promoting your ability to learn and enrich your work with real-world considerations as it goes to market. You will be cognizant of trends in fitness and related industries, and proactively observing and researching users to inform and inspire your work. Specific Requirements for the Position:
• B.A., B.S., B.I.D. degree in Industrial Design.
• 3-5 years of post-university work experience; manufacturing industry experience a plus
• 3-5 years of experience with SolidWorks and Keyshot as primary 3D content creation tools.
• 3-5 years of experience with Adobe CC software, most importantly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Demonstrable experience with manufacturing production processes including injection molding, welding, stamping, extrusions, and metal forming.
• Experience with user research, fabrication shop experience, interaction experience prototyping, electronic prototyping a plus.
• Ability to apply excellent sketching/drawing skills as a means of problem solving and communication.
