As a Hardware Commodities Manager, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. You will be a critical part of the product development process, work to ensure the project stays on track and within budget, develop relationships with vendors and contract manufacturers, drive continuous improvement, and more.

In this role, you will:

* Work closely with engineering to find solutions to technical challenges

* Develop a technology roadmap aligning business requirements with vendor capabilities in the areas of: Sensors, CPU, GPU/VPU, Mechanicals, Motors, and more

* Be responsible for supplier selection, qualification and price negotiation

* Ensure a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, service and technology

* Interface with Engineering and Product Management to assess current and future sourcing requirements

* Maintain expertise/knowledge of market trends including rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures, technical improvements and competitive landscape

This role requires domestic and International travel.
