Job Summary:
The Home Care Scheduler is responsible for staffing client shifts with appropriate caregivers, communicating plans of care to care providers, and quickly solving various scheduling conflicts as they arise. The scheduler maintains compassion for our care providers needs and keeps the wellbeing of our clients top of mind while balancing business objectives. This position will also provide coverage and support for incoming/outgoing calls, as well as other administrative duties. A two:week training period to take place between the three office locations.
Scheduler Expectations:
:Creates and maintains best:fit schedules and scenarios for long:term stability in caregiver placement
:Work in coordination with our client services department to notify clients of any changes in scheduling
:Review employee
skills/characteristics and client care plans to best pair them with a clients needs
:Recommend caregiver education, evaluation, and discipline to the care provider supervisor notify team members when a care provider is not performing to expectations
:Provides support contacting caregivers and clients regarding day:to:day changes with rotating on:call responsibilities
:Enters caregiver and client information into database and maintains as needed
:Schedule client shifts and make adjustments to our scheduling management software
:Track weekly overtime
:Understands and adheres to established company policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
:H.S. Diploma or GED
:Prior scheduling experience preferred
:Computer skills including but not limited to the Google platform, ClearCare or other CRM scheduling software
:Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
:Ability to follow directions, read and write effectively
:Ability to manage deadlines and stress in an effective manner
